The classic truffle quarry is enriched with art of cheese, so in addition to the suggestive walk in search of "black gold", our trusted cheesemaker will show you and reveal all the secrets and the process of preparing the cheese (and everything not in his laboratory but outdoors and in the midst of nature!) A unique and unmissable experience, typical and genuine at the same time! Finally, enjoy the picnic in the forest in total relax and let yourself be pampered by the tasting of typical local products before returning to the hotel.
